Walk and Talk Therapy

​Experience the transformative power of nature with a Walk and Talk session in the beautiful surroundings of the Kentish countryside (Hemsted Forest ). In a time of increased sitting, screen time and stagnation, there has never been a more important time to go out into green spaces, get your body moving, and breathe in some fresh air.

Walk and Talk Therapy incorporates a therapeutic experience with light exercise. I am a huge believer in the mind-body connection, and Walk and Talk Therapy offers a great way to work on your mental, and physical health. That said, this isn't a fitness challenge, and is available to anyone that feels they are able.​

We aren't exactly blessed with the weather in this country, but I feel that there is something quite freeing about walking in the rain! As such, I do offer these sessions in all but extreme weather circumstances. If the weather did prove to be too much of an obstacle, I would contact you on the morning of your session to arrange an alternative.
